Flyers/advertisements.

They're wrapped around poles, covering bulletin boards, forced into your hands on the street corners, night clubs, sports events, around school campuses, and most recently have become a virtual sensation. What makes you notice one and trash the other? The next time a flyer actually grabs your attention, figure out what makes it eye-catching or noteworthy. Just an Idea, think outside the box.

SUPER! SUPRA! STOOPID! Wait.. what?

Shoes are weapons of mass destruction, in what looks like, a trivial symbol of eclectic youth. Today there are dozens of features, hundreds of styles and they come in every color of the rainbow. For each individual to define ones-self. Once upon a time, shoes were only of high interest by most commonly females, self absorbed. However, hipsterdom has brought forth a new generation of money clenching egomaniac dwellers of all kinds. Now, a question of etiquette. Are fashions just repeating in a more intricate way? We used to have sex drugs and rock n roll. Now all we have is aids, crack and electro. Disco fever has evolved into electro clubs every night of the week. Imagine back then, a place where kids were getting their jollies from words like, "solid, right on, groovy." Okay, Okay... and maybe a little white delicate substance. Escaping everyday stresses in what became the first localized club fad. Playing prerecorded repetitive songs with strong and catchy beats for patrons to dance to. Straight disco shit. Today, Anyone with a MacBook Pro, DJ Software, and a keen understanding of the music commodity, can achieve more money in one week than you can in one month, at your everyday, paycheck to paycheck job. By all accounts, More power to them. Who's the hustler and who's the fein?

APPARENTLY STARTING YOUR OWN "ELECTRO" CLUB IS THE NEW BLACK???

LATELY THERE'S BEEN AN AWFUL LOT OF NEW "INDIE / ELECTRO" CLUBS THAT HAVE BEEN POPPIN UP. WHATS THE REASON FOR ALL OF IT? IS IT THE NEW "COOL" THING TO DO? THE PEOPLE DOING IT, ARE THEY TRYING TO BE A SCENE KING OR QUEEN? I GUESS IF YOU KNOW A DJ OR TWO ITS NOW OK, TO OPEN YOUR OWN WEEKLY CLUB? ITS UNDERSTANDABLE HAVING A DJ AT YOUR HOUSE PARTY, FOR SOME OF YOUR GOOD FRIENDS, ITS EVEN OK TO HAVE A ONE OFF WAREHOUSE PARTY OR 1 TIME EVENT. BUT IS THERE ANY REAL REASON TO TRY AND HAVE THREE SEPARATE "INDIE / ELECTRO" CLUBS ON THE SAME WEEKNIGHT LESS THAN A HALF AN HOUR DRIVE FROM EACH OTHER THAT HOLD A THOUSAND PEOPLE? ITS NEVER GONNA HAPPEN, THE COMMUNITY JUST ISN'T THAT BIG YET. MAYBE A YEAR OR TWO DOWN THE ROAD IT MIGHTTT WORK OUT THAT WAY BUT FOR NOW ITS ONLY HURTING MORE THAN HELPING. TRUTHFULLY THERE'S ONLY SO MANY PEOPLE TO GO AROUND, AND SO MANY DJ'S TO PLAY MUSIC. SURE.... KEEP BOOKING THE SAME DJ'S WHO PLAY THE SAME SONGS IN THE SAME TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT AS ALL THE OTHER NIGHTS OVER AND OVER. IS THAT REALLY GONNA HELP PEOPLE HAVE MORE FUN? YA, THERE YA GO! GOOD JOB TRYING TO RE-CREATE SOMEONE ELSE'S NIGHT! PEOPLE DON'T GIVE A FUCK, THEY HAVE SEEN IT BEFORE, TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I THINK ITS SAFE TO SAY, THAT MOST IDEAS HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE AND ITS HONESTLY OK TO DO THEM AGAIN, JUST DON'T MAKE ALL OF THEM THE SAME, EVERY NIGHT

BASICALLY THE BOTTOM LINE IS : IF YOUR GONNA START SOMETHING NEW THEN MAKE IT DIFFERENT (AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE), MAKE IT FUN, MAKE IT WORTH GOING TO.

GROUPIE LOVE

EVER SEE THAT YOUNG CLUB KID WHO RUNS UP TO THE STAGE AND SCREAMS A DJ'S NAME IN HOPES OF GETTING THEIR ATTENTION FOR THAT ONE SPLIT SECOND? OR THERES THAT GIRL WHO FOLLOWS A DJ FROM CLUB TO CLUB EVERY NIGHT, TWO STEPS BEHIND THEM , THEN THREE WEEKS LATER YOU'LL SEE THEM WITH ANOTHER DJ IN THE SAME SCENE?

THERES A FEW WAYS OF LOOKING AT IT
1. ITS THEY'RE MANAGER
2. THEY COULD BE "JUST A FRIEND"

3. THEY'RE A GROUPIE

HERES SOME FAMOUS GROUPIES.... THAT EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN GROUPIES.

CHRISTINA AQUILERA TOUCHED ON
Carson Daly, Leonardo DiCaprio, Enrique Igelsias, A.Jay Popoff, Justin Timberlake

CARMEN ELECTRA

CHILL THE FUCK OUT

we're already hearing complaints about the heat. people gotta realize its only the BEGINNING of this summer, and its only gonna get worse. i think its safe to say that if you have the ability to read this blog then you probably know someone who has a pool or access to one. instead of complaining grab a mojito, a cold beer, margarita whatever you like and get poolside, beachside or in the lake with some friends. come august, will you be used to the heat, have figured out some solutions or complaining more?
